The Elgin Youth Sports League 'Elgin Steelers' is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization serving the Elgin community and surrounding suburbs with youth football and cheer through Chicagoland Pop Warner. The mission of the EYSL is to empower young athletes through discipline, teamwork, academic responsibility, and positive sportsmanship while providing a safe, inclusive, culturally supportive environment that encourages growth, confidence, leadership, and community pride.
